Arrival by international flight to Madagascar at Ivato Airport in Antananarivo, known locally as Tana, you will be met and assisted as necessary and transferred to your hotel for the remainder of the day to relax and to overnight.

After breakfast you will be driven to the airport for your flight south to Tuléar. Here you will be met and
will begin the drive in your vehicle to the sandstone massif of the Isalo National Park. You spend two days here to explore the canyons and plateau of the massif.

Over the next two days there will be an opportunity for the adventurous to trek through impressive canyons and along dramatic bluffs. Not to be missed is a walk along the Massif marvelling at the stunning views
and arriving late in the afternoon at a natural swimming pool known as ‘La Piscine Naturelle’ which is fed
by a waterfall and fringed by swaying palm trees. A bathe here is a wonderful way to recover from the walk and freshen up.
There is also the option of visiting natural canyons in the area, go horse riding or just relax at your hotel
sitting by the swimming pool, playing tennis or luxuriating at the spa.
A wonderful way to finish the day is to watch the setting sun through “La Fenêtre”, a natural rock formation
framing the setting sun!

After breakfast the journey north into the highlands continues, stopping en-route at the Anja Reserve where Ring-Tailed Lemurs might be seen playing amongst the granite rocks. Depending on your journey time there
could be the chance to enjoy a leisurely walk into the Ranomafana National Park after you have arrived and
checked into your hotel.

After breakfast you will be escorted into Ranomafana National Park for a day to be spent enjoying its diverse attractions. Covering an area of 41,000 hectares Ranomafana National Park has dense rainforest, fast flowing rivers with rapids and spectacular waterfalls. It is home to 12 species of lemur including the Golden Bamboo.
Lemurs are not the only attraction for 118 species of bird have been recorded. There are also geckos,
chameleons, brightly colored frogs and many varieties of orchids can be seen. A number of trails and footpaths lead you through this dense jungle with its tree palms and ferns. The day spent here will be tiring but will
provide lasting memories.

Andasibe is a mountain forest and as such offers the possibility to spot a variety of lemurs, reptiles and birds.
One of its most famous inhabitants is the Indri, the largest of the lemurs, which is often described as a black and white teddy bear. The Indri’s call is heard long before you might see them and their distinctive early morning group communication calls will justify the early start to your day. After breakfast you will be taken by private boat to Toamasina (Tamatave) which is 2 hours journey along the Pangalanes Canal. You will pass by villages where you will see the children swimming, the women washing
clothes while the men fish – every day Malagasy scenes. On arrival at Tamatave you will be driven to the airport
for your flight back to Tana.

Today, you will visit the lower city, middle city and higher city where there is a point of view of Antananarivo.
After this city tour, you will go to discover the Lemur’s park which is situated in the west of Antananarivo. There you will encounter turtles, chameleons, lemurs. Several trees were planted and some of them are endemic of
Madagascar. To finish, you will admire the biggest handicraft market where you will find different souvenir shop.
